Bio Note: Gordon Rowland is a professor in the Roy H. Park School of Communications, Ithaca College, Ithaca, New York, USA. He teaches courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels in such areas as systemic design, critical issues in organizations, and workplace learning and performance. He is author of three books and over 50 book chapters and articles in the areas of systemic design, performance improvement, and design education.
