Bio Note: Nikoleta Yiannoutsou is a Senior Researcher at the Educational Technology Lab at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), she holds a doctorate in educational technology, a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the NKUA and a master’s degree in intelligent tutoring systems from the University of Nottingham in UK. Her research focuses on the design of digital tools (mobile, desktop, tangible) so that they empower learners and teachers. She is also involved in the learning design of mobile and desktop games.
