Bio Note: Alexandra Yáñez-Aburto got her training as a Psychologist at the University of Chile. She collaborates with the first author as a teaching assistant on a regular course of mathematics for first-year humanities students, applying operative group techniques, and as research assistant in projects in didactics of mathematics aiming at developing a metaphoric enactivist approach to the learning of mathematics.
