Bio Note: Alik Palatnik is a faculty member of the School of Education at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He received his PhD in Mathematics Education from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. His research interests include various forms of inquiry-based instruction and teacher education, including embodied and project-based learning. Alik’s articles have appeared in Educational Studies in Mathematics, Journal of Mathematical Behavior, For the Learning of Mathematics, and the Proceedings of PME.
