Bio Note: After a PhD in cognitive science (University of Lyon), Christophe Coupé worked from 2003 to 2018 as a CNRS researcher at the Laboratoire Dynamique du Langage (DDL) in Lyon. Since September 2018, he has been an Assistant Professor in the Department of Linguistics at The University of Hong Kong. His research interests span over the fields of cognitive science, linguistics, computer science and statistics. Besides computational work on the origins and diversity of languages, he has also investigated lived experience, especially in the field of health
