Bio Note: Edmond Mutelesi was born in 1962. He studied philosophy and some theology in Kinshasa at the Catholic Faculties, in Louvain-La-Neuve at the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium), and in Bielefeld at the University of Bielefeld (Germany). From 1993 to 1995, he was French–English translator for the Journal “International Sociology,” edited then in Bielefeld, and also French–German translator for the German Federal Office for Refugees in Hanover. He holds a Certificate in German language (Bielefeld, 1992), a Certificate in the relationships between humanities and business in Enterprise (Bielefeld 1995), a Ph.D in Philosophy (Louvain-la-Neuve, 1998), as well as a Bachelor in Education (Ottawa, Canada 2005).
