Bio Note: Eli Pitcovski is a lecturer at Tel-Hai Academic College. His main fields of interest are epistemology, philosophy of representation and ontology including the metaphysics of death. His latest papers have been published in The Journal of Philosophy (“Normal Knowledge,” 2018, together with Andrew Peet), Analysis (“Lost in Transmission,” 2017 together with Andrew Peet) and Synthese (“Getting the Big Picture,” 2017). Together with Yochai Ataria and Amit Kravitz, he is also the editor of Jean Améry: Beyond the Mind’s Limits.
