Bio Note: Izak Hudnik is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Ljubljana. His research focuses on philosophy and history of science and mathematics with an emphasis on the development of symbolic thought. Apart from philosophy he is also a cellist. His master’s thesis written at Mozarteum in Salzburg examined the thought of Sergiu Celibidache, while his master’s thesis written at Zürich University of the Arts presented a phenomenological critique of the concept of musical absorption. In the 2022/23 season he will be participating in the orchestra academy of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra in Amsterdam.
