Bio Note: Juan González is Full Professor of Philosophy and Cognitive Science, Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos, Cuernavaca, México. He obtained his PhD in 1998 in France under the supervision of Francisco Varela and Jean Petitot. His main academic interests concern the epistemology of perception, philosophy of mind, phenomenology, altered states of consciousness, social theory and emotions and ecological ethics.
