Bio Note: Matt Bower earned his Ph.D from the University of Memphis in 2013, with a dissertation on Husserl’s genetic phenomenology. He was recently a postdoctoral fellow at Ruhr-University Bochum, and is now a lecturer at Texas State University. He is interested in intersections of phenomenology and philosophy of mind in the philosophy of perception.
