Author: Michael Gaebler
Bio Note: Michael Gaebler is a postdoctoral cognitive neuroscientist at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences, and the MindBrainBody Institute at the Berlin School of Mind and Brain. Michael studies how mental processes like thoughts or feelings relate to brain-body interactions in pathology and health. He conducts behavioral and neurophysiological experiments in classical lab environments but also uses virtual reality, which may allow a more “holistic” investigation of mental phenomena.
