Bio Note: Miguel Ibaceta is an educational psychologist with a master’s degree in educational psychology from the School of Psychology of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He is a member of the Work-Emotion Lab in the School of Administration, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Currently, he is a PhD student at the Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, where he studies the role of mind wandering and meta awareness in the workplace together with the impact of attentional process in the worker’s creative performance.
