Bio Note: Robert Schwartz is a Distinguished Emeritus Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has taught at Rockefeller University and The City University of New York, and has been a Visiting Professor at Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania, and University of Chicago. His most recent books are: Rethinking Pragmatism: from William James to Contemporary Philosophy and Pragmatic Perspectives: Constructivism beyond Truth and Realism.
