Bio Note: Thomas Desmidt is MD, PhD at the University Hospital of Tours, France. As a psychiatrist, he has been interested in depression and the link with cardio- and cerebrovascular diseases as well as cognitive disorders. In his research, he refers both to first-person assessments and neuro-imaging techniques, including ultrasound.
