Bio Note: Tomas Veloz, is a PhD in interdisciplinary studies University of British Columbia Cánada., Master in Computer’s science and Bachelor in Maths and physics from the University of Chile. He is postdoctoral research in Centre Leo Apostel, Vrije Universiteit Brussel. His fields of research are systems theory, mathematical modeling, quantum cognition and The Chemical Organizations Theory (COT). He is director and founder of the Foundation for the Interdisciplinary Development of Science, Technology and the Arts (DICTA).
