Bio Note: Tracy Goodson-Espy is Professor of Mathematics Education at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. She serves as a Director for the North Carolina Science, Mathematics, and Technology Center. She earned a M.S. in mathematics from Middle Tennessee State University and an Ed.D. in mathematics education from Vanderbilt University.
